Terms and Conditions

We provide wedding styling services to include the hire, delivery, set up, relocation and collection of floral arrangements, props, chair styling, materials and signage as detailed in your invoice.
Only items listed in your invoice are included.
Additional items will incur further charges and are subject to their availability.

A none refundable deposit of 25% of the total balance will be required to secure your date and our services to you.
I reserve the right to offer the date and service to another client until the deposit is received.

All payments to be made by bank transfer.
Balance due 8 weeks before the date of wedding which will be specified in the invoice.

Any requests for changes must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks before the event.
Changes cannot be guaranteed but will be given consideration depending upon items and availability of supplies.
No refund for reduction in guest numbers is possible after the balance has been paid.
Additional guest or item requests must be made no later than 6 weeks before the event. the extra charge will be calculated and added to the final balance. If balance has already been paid then an additional invoic

All cancellations and postponements must be submitted in writing (email), the 25% deposit is none refundable.
Cancellations more than 12 weeks prior to the event date require no further payment.
Cancellations less than 12 weeks prior to the event will require a payment of the final balance minus 50% to cover costs of materials and items purchased.
Subject to availability, original dates can be postponed and moved with no change to required balance

All items, props, floral arrangements and materials being hired are the property of CKH Event Styling
We include delivery, set up, relocation and collection as part of our service to you.
Any damage, theft or loss during your rental period caused by misuse, dismantling, alteration or moving by anyone other than CKH staff will incur a minimum charge of £50 per item. If the cost of replacement exceeds this amount then the full replacement value will be charged

We reserve the right to re-locate items if there is restricted access to the venue including safe access to rooms.
Collection of items will be arranged with the venue at a pre-determined time.
Items MUST NOT be moved or dismantled prior to collection by anyone other than CKH staff without previous consultation.

CKH Event Styling accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage caused by the misuse of their hired items, equipment or props.
If any of our items, equipment or props are damaged by guests during the event then the cost of rental for these items will be required to replace them.
Hired items, props or equipment must only be moved, relocated or repositioned by CKH staff unless their is an agreement in place with the venue and their management.
CKH has appropriate Public Liability Insurance

We understand that sometimes events occur beyond our control that will affect our services to you.
These include, though not limited to: venue closure, fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, illness and emergency.
In the unlikely event of CKH not being able to provide the contracted service we will make every effort to find replacement items and staff on the day to fulfil our commitment to you with reimbursement of necessary funds.
