Upon completion of the booking form, a none refundable deposit of 25% of the total balance will be required to secure your date and our services to you.
I reserve the right to offer the date and service to another client until the deposit is received.
Payments
All payments to be made by bank transfer
Balance due 8 weeks before the event, the date for which will be stipulated in the booking form.
Changes, Additions and Amendments
Any requests for changes must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks before the event.
Changes cannot be guaranteed but will be given consideration depending upon items and availability of supplies.
No refund for reduction in guest numbers is possible after the balance has been paid.
Additional guest requests will be treated in the same way (as above) with extra charge calculated and added to final balance. If already paid, an additional invoice will be sent with payment required immediately.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email), the 25% deposit is none refundable.
Cancellations more than 12 weeks prior to the event date require no further payment.
Cancellations less than 12 weeks prior to the event will require a payment of the final balance minus 50%.
Liability and Damage
CKH Event Styling accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage caused by the misuse of their items, equipment or props. We do have Public Liability Insurance for the unlikely event of accidents caused by our items, equipment or props.
If any of our items, equipment or props are damaged by guests during the event then the cost of rental for these items will be required to replace them.
Under NO circumstances should items, equipment or props be moved by anyone other than CKH Staff.
